Languages:
Primairy objective of VA is that that every client is being served with a personal approach. This approach is already being executed through our communication with the client in several languages, such as: English, Spanish, German, French and Dutch.
Equality of service:
An important aspect of a personal approach is equality of services for those with a low income. Many clients are not capable of paying the hourly fee's of an attorney but need legal assistance or advise urgently. VA-Lawfirm offers these clients the same attention and personal approach as 'paying clients'. For these clients it's possible to apply for financed legal assistance, depending on the income and financial situation of the client.
Complaints:
VA is not yet a member of the klachten- en geschillenregeling of the Orde van Advocaten. Should you have a complaint you can file it with mr. Vergouw. Your complaint is very important to us and we will try to reach a fit solution. VA is a member of the AON professional insurance group.
